Arrival by public transport

From the train station "Interlaken West" take bus 106 to "Habkern Post". From there it is about a 30 minute walk, the courtyard is clearly signposted.

The bus leaves Interlaken West at 4 minutes past the hour from 7 am to 7 pm (return from Habkern at 36 minutes past the hour). Timetable under www.postauto.ch.

by car from Bern

Coming from Bern, take the A6 motorway to Spiez, then continue directly on the A8 to Interlaken West. There follow the signs to Habkern. In Habkern, the Maiezyt farm is clearly signposted. There are still about 2.5 kilometres to go on a single-lane road with alternative routes. 

by car from Zurich

Coming from Zurich, take the A4 / A14 motorway to Lucerne, then continue on the A2 / A8 via Brienz to Interlaken West. After leaving the motorway, turn right towards Unterseen / Beatenberg / Habkern, then follow the signs to Habkern. In Habkern, the Maiezyt farm is clearly signposted. There are still about 2.5 kilometres to go on a single-lane road with alternative routes.
