Group house «SCHWENDIHÜTTE»

(up to 25 persons)

All prices are in CHF, they are only valid if booked directly through us. If you book via other platforms, different prices may apply.

Final cleaning costs: CHF 250.–

Basic rent/night (up to 16 persons): CHF 600.–

Weekend surcharge (Friday / Saturday per night): CHF 100.–

more than 16 persons, each additional person CHF 10.–/night additional charge.

Discount: 20% for stays of 4 nights or more.

Linen equipment
In the group house, each overnight guest needs 1 fitted sheet, 1 sleeping bag or duvet cover and 1 pillowcase. If you do not wish to bring your own bed linen, we can order this externally for CHF 15.–/per set. This also includes a shower towel.

Tourist tax adults: CHF 4.– per night
Tax children from 6J-16J: CHF 1.50 per night

Parking spaces

4 parking spaces are included in the price. Additional parking spaces available in the immediate vicinity by arrangement with the neighbours, surcharge per parking space CHF 10.–/night.

Pets in general are unfortunately not allowed. Not even the friendly and well-behaved ones. The issue for us are the many cracks in the wood, which are not reasonable for subsequent guests with allergies, if dogs have previously lived in the rooms. We thank you for your understanding.

For short stays of 1-2 nights the bath and bed linen per person will be charged additionally with CHF 10.–, from 3 nights it is included in the rental price.

Discount: 20% for stays of 4 nights or more.

Garden in summer with own fireplace, children's slide and volleyball net available.
